Here in the "city"

School started here this week too.  I forgot that, until today at 3:30, when I found myself at a dead standstill, trying to get by the high school which had 3 city police directing traffic.  And they weren't enough.  ANd in this town of 30,000, 3 cops is a measurable percentage of the city police force.  I also know that there are at least 2 at each of the 2 middle schools, and we have 2 of the 4 elem. schools also on busy streets.  If I were going to commit a crime here, I'd do it at 3:30.
