I had something witty to say, and something interesting to talk about, but it plum escapes me now....

I'm helping with the Blood Ties campaign.  Wrote some postcard to LT today, voting like a crazy person at http://www.richlabonte.net/tvvote/ and at heynielson.com.

And trying not to gloat because my cable company has LifeTime Real Women as one of its digital channels, and the upgrade was only $4 more a month, and so now only 11 days until I get to see the Blood Ties shows on the big screen, and tape them, so I can get the closed captioning.  It really irritated me to find out tnat the iTunes version of the Blood Ties episodes did not have closed captioning.  They are being broadcast with the cc.

There's a new House tonight.  That's something.

that does suck about the lack of cc. we recently busted our tv and had to bring in an ancient one from the garage and its horrible trying to watch that thing when everyones asleep.
complaints should be made to itunes.

I really need the cc. I'm not really hard of hearing (at least no more so than any of us of the Rock&Roll era), but evidently have a processing problem, or a something, because even when I hear someone's voice, and I know they're talking, I just don't understand what's being said. It's particularly hard with TV, seems like they all talk faster.
