Yet another migraine whine (ho hum)

Yes, again this morning I woke up unable to open my eyes or lift my throbbing, one-sided head up off the pillow. I keep extra strength Excedrin and a glass of water on the bed stand, so I managed to down some of those eyes closed without spilling too much water, and by half a hour later I was able to stumble toward more pain meds.
Finally I manage to get to favorite chair and open laptop. Try to type and have to correct every third word. And I only have about 42 things needing composing and/or typing up today.

Between me and more meds was cat barf. Which meant my OCD half had to stop and clean barf first. Then after meds, but before any more symptom mitigation, the toilet overflows, so my giant head and I are on hands and knees sopping up water. And cussing to keep from crying. Then the wets towels and I slowly lurch downstairs to the laundry room, where there is more barf in the doorway. (Cats eat in Laundry room where dogs can't get through cat door.) I'm thinking cats are no longer allowed to eat at night. Throw towels in machine, clean up more barf. Leave laundry room, face stairs, sit on bottom step to cry. Can't go up. Too dizzy.
Finally I manage to get to favorite chair and open laptop. Try to type and have to correct every third word. And I only have about 42 things needing composing and/or typing up today.

Date: 2008-04-01 05:14 pm (UTC)I called my doctor the moment they opened Monday and told them to have her call me in something better than Imitrex.
I get these things monthly, even tho this month I didn't actually have a period. Odd
